It didn't live up to the hype of reviews. Atmosphere was nice and cozy. Although it fell short on service ,and the food was alright. The food wait time was far too long. And the table service was almost non existent. Disappointed with the out come, after talking to a few friends. They said their experience was similar. And told me it's a place you just hear is great . But it falls short.

This was our second visit. The breakfast is delicious and the portions are perfect. It has a fun vibe and the staff are all very friendly. The prices are reasonable but I would happily pay more because of how fantastic the experience was.

There needs to be more restaurants like Big Feast. I used to live in Maple Ridge, and even though I only got to eat here a few times, it was amazing each time! Their menu is clear on what items are gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan. Not just that, but they have plenty of tasty options for all three! If you live in Maple Ridge and haven't tried Big Feast, you have to check it out.

The food deserves a 6 out of 5 rating. Everything is always so fresh and tasty. We have been here a few times and we are never disappointed with the meals. The service today was disappointing. We were the last table seated with a full house, the kitchen got slammed but our waitress didn't mention this until after we ordered when I asked if my chicken could be sliced for my burger (I have a temporary bite imparement, kitchen said no). We ended up waiting 50 minutes for a chicken burger with no apologies from the wait staff for the wait or any updates with timing. In my previous life as a waitress, if the kitchen was slammed I always let customers know before they ordered and I always gave them an update every 20mins. Our waitress also didn't crack a smile the entire time we were there. I love restaurants like this and want them to to stick around but food and service are equally important in the restaurant business. You've perfected your menu, just a little work needed with the wait staff in communication and smiles and you'd have a perfect score with me!

The dinner service was not great... But the food was beyond my expectations. It is obvious that the chef loves what they do. The food was exceptional and had a wide selection for anyone. Love that they shop local !
