I've been a regular customer here for almost 10 years. My Dad was a regular himself until he died. I called tonight, asked if I could place an order for delivery. The girl yelled "we don't have a delivery driver tonight" and hung up. Too bad- if she hadn't, we would have just picked up instead. You just lost yourself a customer. Edit:Just received a call from Hamada apologizing for earlier. It seems they do value their customer relationships after all ðŸ˜Š

I think the ownership changed since I was last here. The food AND service quality were considerably lower on this visit. I didn't recognize any of the staff. Service was very slow even though the restaurant was mostly empty. The food used to be really really good. This time was below average. I doubt I'll go back. It's too bad because this place used to be so good.
