This restaurant has the finest pancakes and customer service in all of the land. I will never forget the wonderful experiences that I've had here. The staff in the morning is probably the best you could ever ask for in terms of service and attitude. Working next to a skytrain station must be difficult but they handle everything like real professionals.

Great fast food. I love that you can have a full breakfast on China plates with flatware. Consistent high quality in all menu items. Pleasant staff make the total experience complete.

If you have a free coffee coupon, don’t use it here. There is a south Asian lady who really mean about redeeming the coupon at her location and insist us to buy something in order to get free coffee although the coupon does not indicate it has be accompanied with any other purchase. She was giving me and another customer attitude and treat us like we are freeloaders. I come to this A&W ALL THE TIME because of their fast and excellent customer service, but not today. The entire reputation of the store is trashedy bc of you, very good job A&W. Oh, and the coupon says any size coffee but when I handed in my mug she refused to use it. She said she will only use the cup provided by the store and poured half cup and handed it to me. Lol I’m very “impressed” by her service 🙂
