Food is pretty good. Depending on your order. Could have a better selection of food. Staff at the bar gets 4 stars most of the time. They are quick and efficient. They care. They pay attention to the timing if your order. They have a patio, though it could be cleaned more often. Bathrooms are small. Though clean. The menu again could be paid attention to more and the tables around\away the bar and outside.

Went there Sunday evening for food and drinks during the Victoria long weekends. We sat outside on the patio. Waited 25 minutes for service. I actually went inside to ask if we had a server. Then he came out and went to a table that arrived 10 minutes after us. We got up and left and are not likely to return. Such a shame. It was our first time there. Looked like a fun place. We went to the pub downstairs where we had drinks and food on our table within 25 minutes of sitting down. May 28/18 While I do appreciate the quick response online, I did call that very day, left a message and haven't heard back. :(

I have been coming here for years now and can say that they have improved quite a bit in the past 6 months. New owner? Management? Either way, good job! Service is great!

Nice decor and vibe, but the prices were a bit high for the food they were selling. As an example, their fish and chips was only 1 piece and cost somewhere around $15, with $5 for an additional piece. That said, if you just want a place to grab a drink or an appy to share before watching a movie, this is a pretty good place for it if you've got the $.

Came in for lunch on a Sunday. Was surprised to find it very quiet. The server (Anca?) was friendly and attentive. We ordered the soup & salad and the roasted beet salad. The food was tasty but the salad was a bit over-dressed. I would order the dressing on the side next time. The view of the river is beautiful.
