Large group dining experience: Our servers were great, but our food took over an hour to come. No one explained that food would take this long. We arrived at 12:40 and our entrees didn't come out till after 2pm. Everyone had to pay more parking. We ordered bread expecting an obvious wait for our table of 19, but they forgot and apologized as our starters came out. 6 of us ordered fish and all of them were dry. They made us order via set menu which was $32/adult and charged us a "banquet" fee of $15 on top of our Auto gratuity. They comped us about $70 of our $600 bill for our trouble, but I felt like more could have been done. Overall our experience was very disappointing and no supervisor came out to talk to us at all. I emailed their GM to inform them about our experience and didn't get any response. It's sad to see the quality of this restaurant go so down hill. We used to love coming here with our families and now we won't ever be returning.

Absolutely HORRIBLE for what is supposed to be a superior dining experience. For a seafood restaurant, it didn't have much in the way of fresh seafood choices, and the prices were ludicrous! $145 four drinks and two lousy appetizers. $70 four drinks and three generous appetizers ( at the pub next door) Oh and walking through the doors, made it seem like you time traveled to the late 60s early 70s if you are to be fooled by the decor. I'm sorry Boathouse.... NEVER AGAIN!

Honestly not worth the money. Server was not friendly and the meal had little taste. The ceasar salad was bitter. My husband had to keep asking for a beverage refill as the server never checked on us. We were a party of 10 so we were forced to pay the %15 tip which the server didn't deserve. The Keg is so much better. The server gave the wrong food to someone and came back a long time after to correct it and gave the now cold dish to the right person with no apology. I won't go back, complete waste of money.

Very rude staff. When I said my food was dry and cold and beer was flat they took it away while my friends ate and never brought me anything else though I asked about food repeatedly. Pretty embarassing.

The restaurant is located in the perfect spot! The view is really nice. The setting is excellent. My burger was good. Service was a bit spotty. Overall our experience was really good.
