Just do it! Such good food, I visited three times over a three week work trip and it was delicious every time. Service is fairly quick, my only complaint being that when I mentioned staying at the neighboring hotel the first time, I received a 10% discount I understood to be available. My friend and I conveyed this both subsequent times and while the server acknowledged that they heard me, the discount was not applied to our bill. If this is something that’s going to be mentioned to hotel guests I would suggest that the restaurant follow through. Absolutely no complaints about the food or service otherwise, I will miss it when I head back home. :)

A true gem among the typical breakfast options in New West. "Intimate" seating arrangement, sometime a long wait for seating and also occasionally for your meal, bit pricier than other places ($15 is typical breakfast or entree price)...but always busy with good reason. It's fantastic! The coffee is great, the Ditch-inspired menu is always impeccable and their humbly named "side of fruit salad" is the most intricate, fresh, and diverse side you'll ever see. Reservations possible ( recommended!) and they close in the early afternoon.

Perfect place for a breakfast. Yummy omelettes with a variety of fresh fruits. Very friendly servers. Excellent location overlooking Fraser river. The only problem is the long wait when you come on weekends (30min to an hour), and they don’t take reservations.

Great breakfast options, lots of new stuff to try. Super busy, so best to put your name & number down and enjoy the river view to pass the time as you wait for a table. Loved the round bacon! My husband had the Hiker's Breakfast, light but substantial with an English muffin, granola, fruit and yogurt. I went for the traditional 2 egg with (round) bacon. The bowl of fruit that it came with was delicious, including a Golden Berry. And since we were staying at the Inn at The Quay, we got a discount. Service was attentive and friendly, all around great experience.

Had a short wait to get in but it was well worth it. My wife had the fruit waffle and it looked amazing. A good variety of fruit. I had the big breakfast and it was delicious. The breakfast meats were very tasty. Definitely will go back.
