The experience at this location with this guy called Derek was the most terrible among all the Subway I've ever been to. This guy has a very poor attitude and his face while he's making a sandwich tells us everything. I'm quite sure this location would at least be like three stars if you just fire Derek.

The person named Derek , does not deserve to work in this location. he makes my buddies and I's experience very brutal. He greets us like we are trash and he doesn't look at us in our eyes. He is very rude, demanding we order right the moment we enter. He seems like he does not wish to work there and it is greatly affecting his work style. He puts the least amount of Vegetables possible and gets grumpy when you ask for more. He has a hatred for customers which is very evident. He always find little Things to get mad about, how can we get this person fired to once again have an enjoyable experience at Subway.

a guy called â€œDerekâ€ is very annoying and rude. I come here almost every night and he treats me like trash. When I enter the store I immediately noticed that he rolls his eyes at me. He does not deserve to be working in this subway as the other workers are very nice and polite, but Derek is always angry and always finds the little things to get mad. When I asked for extra lettuce Because he puts such tiny portions and he immediately got mad and did not cut my Sandwich in half.I hope he gets fired because I love going to subway and he makes me not want to eat at this subway when he is working. I've had a fantastic experience with one employee, east indian I think and was courteous and gave me quite a legendary quantity of toppings. Toasted perfectly, it was delicious, actually abnormally good compared to other locations. To my left however there was a Caucasian guy with glasses and a bit of a lazy eye (I didn't see his name tag so trying to describe him) that was kind of dead, he blankly stared at the customer and sprinkled toppings on the sandwich as a pastry chef dusts icing sugar. I felt bad for the person on my left. Hopefully the guy was just having a bad day and he feels better now to serve people.

I usually donâ€™t post negative reviews but tonight was special. First time I have actually walked out of a restaurant/establishment in the case, half way through the sandwich making process because of this dumbass apperently named Derek. After reading a few previous comments I can now see that I am not alone. Owner, if you care about your customers and donâ€™t want wasted food, you need to read these reviews. All of these previous reviews are spot on.
