Most of the people that work here have NO clue how to do their jobs. Today it they gave me and Egg LT with no egg when I asked for a BLT Bagel (not joking), yesterday it took the lady helping me 5 minutes to ring in a cheeseburger and junior chicken extra sauce; she finally gave up and had to ask for help. If you go late at night don't bother ordering fries because they will be soggy and under-cooked. I go with the poutine so I can't tell. Service is friendly just terrible...There's one or two solid people that will make sure people are doing their jobs but if they aren't watching the others like a hawk you're order is done for.

I was looking for a place to take my wife on our 50th anniversary, and after passing through dozens of extremely expensive restaurants, this one seemed to be within our budget. And the restaurant staff got the food out almost instantly!? For some reason my wife was not as thrilled as I was... to say the least.

terrible. just terrible don't listen, tell you what you mean to order, get it wrong even after you ask them to read your order back to you and you correct them. no apologies, get it wrong even when they have to re make your order. UNBELIEVABLE

Nornally my order has a mistake. We actually make a joke about going there wondering what we will get. Navjot was working drive thru and went above and beyond. As an old employee of mcdonalds she displayed exactly want McDonald's wants from their employees. Thank you very much and I hope you have a great night you deserve to be promoted.

My wife who is 3 months pregnant had to wait 15 min in the drive through at the Lynn Valley location in North Vancouver BC with one car ahead of her at 9pm tonight, just to find out that the location was only accepting cash. No warning, notice or sign before entering the drive through. With no cash in hand and only a credit card she could not order and was then stuck inline without a way to exit. Awful experience and poor service! This is a common occurrence.
