Quite simply my favorite Indian restaurant 😃 Great flavours, fresh nan, great wine pairing suggestions on the menu. The fragrance alone as you walk through the door will send your appetite into overdrive😛 The attentive friendly staff just cap off a great meal. We will return every time we visit the area👍

Best Indian cuisine I've had. Service was great. Food took a little long to come out, but it was worth the wait.

Weird place. No one really there. Slowest staff ever that seem out to lunch themselves. Looks like owners have theirs kids working here. Same as the orchards I guess anyone familiar with the area knows what I'm referring to. Food took forever to come out. And we could tell food had been sitting under a heat lamp for 5 minutes or more. Congealed food. Must be fake reviews here because this place is terrible.

Tremendous food in a beautiful setting, unfortunately almost ruined by truly poor service. Waited almost 20 minutes for 2 drinks to arrive. Similar wait for the order to be taken, one starter arrived moments after the main course, and the poppadoms ordered due to the very long wait for food didn't arrive at all, nor did the mango chutney, despite reminders. Main courses arrived just over an hour from arrival. The worst thing though was the lack of apology from the waitress, or the lady who appeared to be management, in response to any of the delays. The waitress explained (note - 'explained' - did not 'apologize') that she was dealing with a large party inside, and this was the reason it took so long. She also blamed the new, quote "pretty useless staff that were being trained" for the drinks taking so long. The lady we assumed to be management was very matter of fact and did not apologize for the delays either. A young man did come and check on us during his rounds, who turned out to be a member of the family who ran the restaurant, who was very nice, polite, and apologetic, but the poor service continued after he left. It's a real shame, because the food really was terrific, and the lovely patio, right by the vineyards made the location perfect, but customer's really do need good service to complete any restaurant experience. 3 stars is just really for the food, which deserves better....as do the customers.

On behalf of the Royal LePage office in Oliver, Kudos to Kismet's Masala Bistro for filling a last minute, closing time, take out order for 15 people without complaint. Thanks for helping us out of a jam. The food was amazing and the service was with a smile. We recommend you often!!
