We were here on the May long weekend. I ordered a margarita - it was rimmed with sugar (yuck), and the margarita itself tasty very watery, it had almost no flavour. After staring at our waitress trying to get her attention as she was sitting at the bar chatting with 3-4 other staff for a good 7-10 minutes, she took it off the bill. We also had the cactus fries which were okay, but not evenly cooked (are they supposed to be?). We were pretty underwhelmed with the whole experience. The staff also didn’t look particularly presentable - at all the other BP’s we go to in the Lower Mainland, all of the staff look put together and like they put some effort into their look during their shift. Here, we got none of that. Many it kind of looked like they’d just rolled out of bed and came to work. I hope they up their game and train their staff better - this is such a prime location and summer will be smoking busy.

The food came out “warm” like it had been under the hot plate for a while. I got the Mediterranean vegetable bowtie, the peppers we not cooked and they forgot mushrooms. The restaurant was slow and the food took forever to come out in the first place. The service was okay, but slow and didn’t come check on us often. Not happy and probably won’t come back again. Also we got the pepperoni bacon pizza burger the bacon wasn’t cooked and lacked a lot of flavour.

Tried to order delivery to my motel three blocks away. I asked for a NY Steak (an item on the menu) and was told they wouldn't deliver it because it didn't travel well. I said I didn't care and I still wanted to order it and they refused. So I drove to the restaurant to order it and have it for take out. They refused again same reason. What ever happened to 'the customer is always right' ? So I ordered a small Hawaiin pizza at 8:30 on Monday night.... and it cost $17.50 for a single pizza and they said it would take 25 minutes to make. The restaurant is barely a third full. What a joke. I thought Boston Pizza had better service than this .... Save your money, order your takeout food in Osoyoos from literally anyone else.

Good quality food and service. The second time we chose to get our food delivered to our hotel room. When we reported one item as missing, they promptly sent it, the manager personally came over and apologized. We were pleasantly surprised by this level of service.
