Our first trip was PHENOMENAL! And I’m very picky about service / food. We live in penticton and will be coming back 100% the service was great, and everything was DELICIOUS. Food came quickly. So glad we sprung for the calamari appetizer as I think it was the best squid I’ve ever eaten - perfectly seasoned and very light on the batter. Absolutely 5 stars!

Had tried bamboo chopsticks for the first time a few weeks ago. I ordered over the phone and went to pick up my food. When I arrived home and was about to start eating, I noticed that the shrimp skewers I had ordered didn't look right. I tried to pull a shrimp off of the skewer and it didn't want to budge. Turned out that they were completely raw in the middle. Thankfully I trusted my instincts and spat it out as soon as I noticed that something was wrong. I also ordered the chicken curry which had absolutely no flavour to it at all. Was super disappointed that my food was all bad, I called the restaurant back to let them know and they were very kind about it. I would consider going back to eat at the restaurant, but would never order food to go ever again. The kind staff made up for the undercooked, plain food.

Best damn food I have ever had in what seems like forever. We walked a few times past the place after we moved, checking out the sites and seeing what there is to offer. I believe that you should always try something before determining your opinion on it (I'm no sheep), and since I tried it I have never second guessed. Incredibly friendly people who treat you like beloved family and are very understanding. Amazing food the tingles the taste buds with unparalleled taste. and great wait times! 10/10 would recommend to a friend :D

We love Bamboo. My Gramma loves the lemon grass beef, I go for the 4 colour combo, and my mom gets whatever she wants in vegetarian form. It's a nice cozy little place and the staff is super friendly and nice. They do take-out only for the last 15 minutes so don't go late!

We've ordered pick-up from here several times and it's always perfect! The staff is friendly and helpful with questions regarding the menu and ingredients. The food is delicious. My go-to in the area.
