Just had one of the worst customer service experiences of our life at this place. Came in at closing wanting to buy a cold drink. The doors were wide open they were putting away the patio chairs. We were parched after a long walk on the beach. The woman behind the counter told us they were closed so we "couldn't buy anything". We inquired about simply grabbing a drink of water from their water jug they have available. She begrudgingly agreed after an eye-roll. When my wife went inside to get it one of her coworkers handed her two paper cups which she filled before leaving. The first woman started barking at her that she was using "the wrong cups!"...even though they were provided by her coworker. We were shocked that someone working at a coffee shop would give anyone thirsty a hard time about simply getting some water which was freely available and be that rude to a potential customer. This is a community coffee shop and we are regulars. Correction: were regulars until today. Won't step in there again. Whoever trained this woman, if she was even trained should be reprimanded and/or fired along with her. Her name was Bonnie.

The landmark coffee shop in Peachland. Must visit for delicious baked goods and great service! Go for a stroll with a coffee and cookie in hand along the lakeside or sit with locals on the dog-friendly patio. Wi-Fi password is at the front counter and you can get bathroom access from the front staff. I really like their peanut butter cookies. A little pricey, though...

Worth pulling a block off the main highway and stopping here just for the view from the Peachland shore front. The coffee and fresh pastries, served with a smile, make the experience even more memorable. Take the time.

Latte was good, scone was pretty good. Not quite a Scottish scone.
