We got to the restaurant at 8:20 pm placed our order at 8:27 pm and then waited for 45 min only to be told that it would only be 3 minutes more and our food would be ready. Our server offered us a free salad so I took the salad and my boyfriend asked for soup. We got those almost right away but our food finally came. My potato skins we're so hard they actually crunched. As a result they gave us an awesome deal on our bill but the fact that it was so late in getting our meals I had lost my appetite. Never again will we go there

We went on a super busy night and the waitress was very good about keeping us informed of the wait for food. Service was absolutely great but the food was super medeorcre. The only thing that made up for is was the pachos!

I found the food and prices not good at all. Kelly has a Kelowna following, and being born and raised in Kelowna, I also take pride in restaurants who are long-lived with quality., however, the food we had for Mother’s Day was way under par. Lemon- pepper chicken tasted like deep-fried and sprinkled with salt and tiny. Caesar salad had good flavour however there was barely any chicken in the salad. Another person had the stirfry and theyre was so much juice in it that the rice was floating in it. The parents both had fish and chips and it was loaded with very nice chips but one small tiny piece of fish. At the end we ended up having a second waitress with blond hair. First one with brown hair and glasses was not so bad but couldn’t keep up. Blonde girl picked up one of the bills and said aloud, “no tip? I left five dollars and another person left three I’m not sure about the other two people but that is very uncalled for and unprofessional. I will be not going back to Kelly O’Brians. They did have good Caesars on special and that’s about it. I recommend that this restaurant starts putting love into their food because they have lots of competition in this town. Thx

I regularly visit here at least once a week. The staff is all very friendly and incredibly helpful. The restaurant is always very clean and well maintained. And the food is always top notch. Delicious, fresh, and fast. The best place to eat in town.
