The food is bad for you, though good and cheap. However the staff are probably the worst I have ever seen. I waited an hour and a half in the drive through only to be told that they are closed and there should have been a box blocking the entrance to the drive through but for whatever reason it's not there. And at no point in my hour and a half long wait or when I was leaving was a box ever placed there. It's like they try to be as useless as possible. This 24 hour establishment is open past 11 maybe 3 days of the week if you are lucky. My order is constantly messed up. I try to avoid now if only to not give my money to these people in hopes that one day they will go out of business.

Service is terrible most of the time ... last Friday night around midnight, went thru the Drive-Thru with 6 cars ahead of me, couldn't back out and was 40 minutes start to finish. When I got to the speaker I ordered a McFlurry and a quarter pounder with cheese - no pickles no onions. Ice cream machine was broken so no McFlurry and ended up with a regular quarter pounder with onions and pickles. Asked for my receipt and printer was jammed so couldn't print it. Can go into the store because the doors are locked and wasn't going to spend another 40 minutes in line over a burger. Asked the girl if it normally takes this long on a Friday night and she said she was all by herself because the other guy hasn't shown up for 3 days. Where are all the managers and why were people not called in so that a young girl is not left on her own on a Friday night? Disappointed at the McDonald's in the Mission time and time again. Sorry for the bad review but you serve a large population in a very thriving area and need to get it together because we're all going to A&W now!

Worst service I’ve ever experienced from a McDonald’s. They mess up almost every order and never have all the ingredients or promotions that other McDonald’s have! Also very slow all the time.

Never actually open 24 hours, and when it is the lineup can range from 30 minutes to over an hour long. Literally been waiting so long for my food I decided to write a review about this place to pass the time. The icecream machine is broken 90% of the time, the orders have gotten messed up before, and general speed of the "fast" food is anything but. Wish other places were open later (even though this McDonald's is closed half of the time) so I could go anywhere for late night food but here.

Very filthy dining area, but very small so hard to keep clean on busy days maybe? Couldn't get my order right, then refunded me cash for a visa payment when their ice cream machine broke. Likely just understaffed, but all around pretty subpar
