Warm evening, elected to sit in the patio. No chairs provided in the patio area. I went inside and asked if there were chairs for the patio. The response was one word. No. Zero customer service. Zero return...

Don't eat it much, get breakfast once while. Asian lady that works in mornings always so nice to my dogs, maybe she's manager ? but very nice cool person!!

It's extremely unfortunate that this is the nearest McDonald's to me, as I have experienced countless accounts of negative experiences here. The most memorable would be when I ordered only one item (large fries) only to recieve a strangely light takeout bag, which I later discovered was only about 1/4 or 1/3 full of fries. I had already driven all the way home by then and could not be bothered to return (let along the fact it would have seemed like I came back after eating half my fries...). One other instance I will share: although on rare occasion I have seen a few staff who are indeed friendly, for the most part, those who have helped me at the drive thru have shown shockingly poor customer service. One time I waited a particularly long in the drive thru. Finally at the last window a brunette with braids opened the window and handed me my order with her head completely turned the opposite direction, as she laughed obnoxiously at someone in the store on the other side of the counter, and did not bother turning around to say a single word as she passed me my order and did not apologize for the long wait. Extremely disappointed as I would very much like to return to this McDonald's location without having to put up with yet another negative experience.

Should be shut down. Workers were singing loudly, eating fries from fry area. Cashier argued with old lady then refused to let her speak to manager. Unsanitary lobby. Horrible, we left because they ran out of salad and our food took 15 minutes. Fry worker dropped 3 bags of food and threw food bags.
