It was my first time at any of their locations. I ordered the classic single burger combo. For the price it wasn't bad, came to 14 and something cents. Burger had a surprisingly nice sized patty. The fries were pretty good, my portion was very generous. Only one person working here which may be a concern at busy Times. My one critique would be that the plating is a bit interesting. They place the fries in a basket, and the burger over top. So it's hard to eat both, almost have to eat burger first. Overall good experience.

Couple friends and I decided to check out Vera's tonight, never been before. It was pretty busy when we got there and there were only the two girls working so we anticipated a wait. The cashier recommended their classic bacon cheeseburger, got that with onion rings and a pint a bit pricey but so WORTH it when we got our food. Nice juicy burger and crunchy rings! Definitely glad we decided to check it out and will definetly be back. The girls working were super friendly and apologized several times for the wait. Great customer service!

Food is great. A little pricey but that's known going in. Definitely better than your typical burger chain.

These burgers and fries are godly. By far my favourite burger Franchise in the lower mainland.

After 20 minutes, one of the workers decided they’d finish their dinner. Go have a cigarette. Rinse their hands and not use soap. And then decide to make our two burgers. The order was taken with no other patrons in the restaurant. There is a sign that says it takes a little bit longer to cook the burgers. So I’m guessing 30 minutes including the future cancer victims break time should be expected. Ps thanks for the French fries crumbs. Just Excellent!
