The food was off the stove quality and arrived in less than 5 minutes. Not many Pho restaurants serve limes anymore due to the jacked up prices, but this one still does. The waitresses waited for us to make our order rather than how most restaurants would check on us periodically. The bathrooms were amazingly clean and in good condition. I recommend anyone this restaurant for a good bowl of Pho.

I loved coming here for dinner until recently I was here and another family at the restaurant thought it was ok to use the dinner table as a baby changing station. I have never been so appalled in my life. Meanwhile the staff noticed and didn't say and thing. The food however is great.

I enjoy the food here. It is expensive compared to the local competitors but it's still affordable. If I wanted to save money I would stay home and cook. There is plenty of parking and it's not stressful driving around for parking like at other pho stores.

I’ve been coming here since they’ve opened! This is the best pho I’ve had in all of lower mainland! Great family business, service, food and portions!

Usually pretty good food and service. Although last visit I made they forgot my order so I have to cancel one of dishes I order. Vietnamese food you can expect you can find here. Not exceptional but decent food.
