This is one of the worst McDonaldâ€™s I have ever visited. Consistently poor service and food is not at McDonaldâ€™s standards so donâ€™t expect things to resemble or taste like other locations. It is on my drive to work and I have tried to order breakfast or grab a quick bite on the way home and I am surprised that nothing ever improves. Today I tried to get an ice cream cone but needed to wash my hands first as I had picked up a load of soil. After five full minutes of hitting the buzzer and hearing it chime away you would think someone would allow you to use the facilities. I ended up leaving as there was no response and the staff ignored anyone who wasnâ€™t standing at the till.

UPDATE: I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because I wanted a cheap iced coffee and ive been standing here waiting for over ten minutes for it . Already heard 4 wrong orders. Five now that they've screwed mine up. I come here on my way to work around 5:20 every morning. In the past week, they have screwed up my coffee twice. The drive thru line had been taking 8+ mins even with only one car in front of me every day. My order isn't difficult- a coffee with three milks. I can't have cream for health reasons, and today the manager made my coffee with three creams, so I had to throw it out when I got to work. It's 1$ coffee week, and she tried to charge me 2$ for a large coffee, and this was after waiting for 5+ mins at the till for someone to help me, since there was only one poor girl trying to do the drive thru and the till- I specifically went into the lobby today so I could expedite getting a coffee and to make sure they didn't mess it up. Last week it was made as a double double (or something with both cream and sugar). Again, for health reasons I can't have cream, and I absolutely never put sugar in my coffee. Total let down, not that I have high expectations for McDonald's, but they can't even get a coffee right.

What a terribly run business. I donâ€™t understand how a company whoâ€™s reputation is built on consistency can screw up training so many people. I went in today and had to babysit your employees to make sure their mistakes were corrected. How, HOW can you screw up not giving me sauce for my McNuggets and not even bother to put napkins in my bag? Isnâ€™t that the first step after opening the bag?

Absolutely horrible service from the top down (even spoke to the owner, or someone claiming to be the owner, once but even she was argumentative) This store consistently messes up the orders which usually, for my girlfriend and I, are simply coffees. On occasion I would order a burger with no onions. ..only to discover that even omitting a simple step proves too difficult a task. One would think that this would make things easier(?). They care only to get your money and nothing about proper customer service. Adding those digital order screens seems to have made the situation worse. Mcdonalds=maximum profit for least out put...particularly this location. Avoid this store if: A) you are in a hurry, B) want your order prepared correctly and, C) want to avoid frustration. Let's support mom and pop stores again. *NOTE* The above was a review I posted months ago on my experience on this location and the franchise in general. It was the last time I had been to a MacDonalds. Until today that is. I stopped here out of necessity because we were in a time crunch. Unfortunately the store, and my experience was worse than last time. I'll go hungry before I visit a MacDonalds again. Good job!

cannot print recipt and missing order number have to ask staff to know my number. empty ketchup in the machine and have to ask from the counter the staff is supportive though
