We have gotten pretty much every birthday cake there for years but I miss them having a icing artist where you could get different designs. They still do great cakes and desserts and write on them for you.

The last 2 times we went here for "Royal Blizzards " we only got less then an inch of fudge at the top each .... When you pay extra for something I expect a bit more. Worth the drive into town to go to the other dairy Queen on 225th in ridge.

Worst DQ around. No care whatsoever when preparing food, everything is sloppy and just thrown together, in restaurant customer service is also a joke.

Horrible Customer Service and terrible food. Ordered an original orange Julius which tasted awful and had nothing more in it other than ice and watered down orange juice. Complained and they refused to do anything about it. Go to another Dairy Queen location and avoid this franchise.

Horrible customer service, decent ice cream of course...aside from the mess up. Banana pieces had gone bad and on top of it they added the wrong syrup, I drove all the way back to have the clueless girl look at me cross eyed on what to do. I then ask her to replace it since a blizzard is $5.75. She walks over to this older manager whispering loudly that "I ate majority 1/4 is gone and now she wants a new one..." (when in fact that was how it was made). She then goes on to make me a replacement while grinning at her co workers. Hands me the ice cream and never appologizes for the fact that she messed up in the first place and treats me like an idiot for the complaint.
