Friendly staff and pretty good food. I like the log cabin theme and decor. Instead of buying drinks and snacks at the movie theater, we stop in Montana's first before the movie: it actually ends up being no more expensive and a lot easier on the blood sugar levels.

Horrible service! Went at 9 pm, lots of open tables and was told for a table for 2 it would be 20-30 min wait “so the servers can catch up”.... wait... are you kidding me??? Horrible service! Tones of waitresses walking around doing nothing! Why did I have to wait? Oh right anyone working there was too busy cleaning up.... so I guess this business has changed to a more pre close duty rather than turning tables for paying customers. I will never go back and make sure to publicly announce my feelings not only here but on all my social media outlets.

Worst food ever at a Montana's on a recent night out while on business in BC from Alberta. Party of 4 and 3 out of 4 meals were terrible. My Southern Chicken sandwich was deep fried to a crisp, my son's sliders on the kids menu were overcooked and dried out and my friend sent back her skewered shrimp and chicken meal back because the shrimp weren't on skewers, the chicken was under sized, dried out and not what she asked for or what the menu stated. The server was non existent through most of our meal and we had to ask for beverage refills and she had to ask what we were drinking again. Really? We complained about the meals to another server and she gave us attitude. When we spoke to the manager he said he would take off 25% from our bill but that ended up being around 12% or $10. Guess someone can't count. Very poor quality food and service. It seems like they just don't care. I would not recommend this location and will not frequent Montana's in the near future because of this experience. Disappointing to say the least. Not sure how they stay in business.

No kids date with my husband and we are off to Montana's. The server was friendly when.... we saw her. They were out of French fries and my hubby fav beer. We switched for yam fries which came out over fried and cold with our meal which was also cold. My husband's beer that he got was flat so we asked for a new one and that came 20 min later. I finished my coffee and asked for water. We are paid and left with the smallest tip I have ever given in my life.....i also never got my water and left thirsty and hungry as I didn't eat a whole lot. This place is not the same as it use to be which is sad.

This is the first time I’ve ever had service so bad that I felt compelled to actually take time to leave a review. My girlfriend and I arrived just before 9pm, we were seated quickly and drinks brought promptly by the girl who seated us, but once we started dealing with our waiter things took a turn. We ordered our appetizer and meals together and had to wait close to half an hour for our meal to be brought out, with no mention about our appetizer. In the time we waited, not once did our waiter ask us for refills (empty glasses sat visibly for the entire wait), and not one apology was issued for bringing the appetizer AFTER the meal. To top things off, instead of being apologetic for the terrible service, our waiter Liam felt it would be better to make sarcastic remarks about how pleasant my girlfriend is for explaining to you why the service was bad. Damn shame because the food is good but the staff is very incompetent.
