Red Robin is a great burger place for families and large groups. The food quality is always top-notch. It depends on the staff for quality of service. We had noticed a table that was seated near us was asked if they wanted drinks. They returned with drinks but as well baskets of fries. That was a nice gesture. The customers were caught off guard, but the server said it was complimentary with regards to the baskets of fries. In theory, the customers are probably at least gonna order a burger anyways, so serving a basket of fries is a nice touch. Saying that, our server didn't do that for us. Again, not all servers are created equal. One other suggestion? Update the interior. The interior could use a good cleaning, update the look as this place has looked the same for over 20 years!

It's always nice to come back here. But customer service has been ehhh the last few times. Burger is still pretty decent! Love their unlimited fries!

Extensive menu, perhaps too many options. Good views from many sections. Good service. I would suggest they make food fresh vs. frozen.

Worst costumer service experience this time I was served wrong order when I told manger she was acting like even she don't belongs to this palace. We want there 8 people & everyone wasn't happy with service & quality of foods It was 920 pm when we went there so close to closing time if they were not able to give us service they should simply say sorry 40 min before closing not sufficient time for us. But this kind of service from this palace of I can't think about as I am regular costumer of this palace & had really good experience but I think this is last visit. A total waste of money.

lovely food. The burgers are great as always and I love the broccoli side. I had 6 plates in total. It is so good with the sprinkled seasoning salt. The waitress we had was really really nice. Her name was esther #29. Really pleasant and good. One of the best. I guess the only complaint we had was that this location is dirtier than other red robins I've been to and they use red plastic plates to serve the food which looks really cheap.
