Went there with my friend on Friday at around 6 and had a pretty bad experience. We were the only ones in the store and there was only one young lady working. From the moment we got there she was incredibly impatient and rushed the service. I asked to look at a fairly new item (the paninis) and while she was visibly ticked off by my request she agreed but started preparing it straight away so I had to jump in and tell her I wanted something else twice before she angrily stopped preparing it. Instead I went for a BMT sub and keeping the same rushed/angry attitude she prepared my sandwich. Straight out of the toaster she goes on to grab lettuce and only then as she is about to drop in my sub asks me what veggies i'd like. The thing is I did not want lettuce, but whatever I get her most people probably ask for it, so I just ask her politely to remove it. Immediately, she rushes for paper and starts wrapping the sub as I ask for house sauce and within two seconds she splatters a ton of hot sauce on the sub as I still politely House Sauce please.Angrily she replies "Do you want more hot sauce?!". At this point there is about 2 more customers lined up and I dont want to make a scene so I pay my sandwich, wait for her to help them out and once she is done I very politely explain that I would like her to make my sandwich again as I do not like hot sauce and she has put on a lot also not by request but by misunderstanding and rushing the preparation. She denies my request, hesitates and in an angry tone argues that I said hot sauce, I calmly explain for the third time that while I understand there is a misunderstanding the fact is she rushed the service and was not paying attention. To this she replies (AGAIN) that she cant make a new one unless the sub she sold me is untouched (probably thought that I ate it and wanted more instead of me waiting not to cause a her scene with other customers). Obviously I show her the sub is still on the bag and wrapping and assure her its closed to receive a very condescending: "Okay Ill make you a new one" followed by an angry "Just throw the other sub in the garbage" while pointing at the cup disposal at the other side of the restaurant. I can only speculate as to what she could have done while I disposed of the sandwich in the other side of the restaurant but the fact is I stayed there to see her prepare the new sub and she was not having it. She kept staring at the cup disposal waiting for me to throw the sub, but I politely asked her to throw it in the compost that was right next to her. She did, I got my sub and I got out. All I have to say as a customer to the lady is that, you are not making a favour to me, the franchise or your boss by working there. The fact is whatever the amount is you are getting paid to do your job you are WORKING and you should respect the opportunity by at least trying to provide the customer with a decent service. Trust me I did not expect you to go above and beyond on a subway, something as simple as paying attention to the customer requests and not rushing the service will do for most clients.

Terribly made sub, no effort, no pride in their work, led to a pretty disappointing $10 lunch. Won't be going back to that particular Subway.

It’s my first time there, I didn’t even place an order, can’t wait to leave.

Very bad services and food is not fresh. Don't waste your money there!

This is a very standard Subway, good enough for its student audience. Nothing outstanding or special about it, student staff friendly and competent enough to make your average sandwiches.
