Really enjoyed the food at this sushi place. Went to the area to enjoy a little picnic at Rocky point park and decided to buy from this sushi place because it was nearby. We ordered the lunch bento boxes to go and it was so yummy. They completed the order pretty quickly and the food was delicious however my only issue was that they had forgotten parts of my order (the rice with the teriyaki and a roll). Other than that I enjoyed the food and I thought the servers were friendly.

The ambiance is very cool; however, that wears off quite quickly. Cool for the first time you enter the place (perhaps, a cool place to take a first date). The service is horrendously slow and honestly, quite incompetent (especially the male servers). The teapots are tiny if you have more than 2 people at the table. Bring your own hot water thermos, because it will take awhile for the servers to give you refills. Too bad, the place has potential to be great if they improve the service, as the food is above average with some creative sushi.

Had an excellent experience here overall. This place has a great aesthetic inside, including convincing cherry blossom trees. The sushi was pretty great, too - I was particularly fond of their Crunch roll, which features a rich combination of ingredients, including cream cheese, egg paper, avocado, and sweetened tempura. The prices are mid range, but I'd say the quality makes up for it. Moreover, the service is outstanding, especially upon my most recent visit. Very attentive and friendly - I'll definitely be back

Ordered two teriyaki chicken rice bowls and a deep fried spicy sushi for pick up. It was already packaged up when I arrived. Paid by credit card and the smallest tip option was 15%... which I didn't appreciate and seems a little on the high side for the smallest tip option (minus one star). When I got home I discovered they put the heavy rice bowls on top of the fragile Styrofoam container causing it to be deformed (minus one star). Unfortunately the sushi inside was also deformed (minus one star). $32 for 3 items is $11 per item... That's also a little pricey.

Always a pleasure coming to Sushi Mori. The food was delicious, the service top-notch, and the ambience great as always. The only complaint I had was the fact that when our Tempura dish arrived, along with it came a very small bowl of sauce. The sauce is delicious, but why serve such a large plate full of Tempura’s with such a tiny amount of dipping sauce. We had to ask for a second bowl which took 5 minutes to arrive. I think it would make more sense to initially serve a larger bowl of sauce. All in all, a very tasty meal! Definitely recommend coming here.
