Minh Tuyet's is one of my favourite places to eat in Revy. Consistently great food and friendly staff - my wife and I often find ourselves eating there more than once in a given week. With dutifully sourced premium and ethical/organic ingredients (like 63 acres naturally raised beef!) and everything made from scratch, they're pricier than your average big-city pho place, but where else can you find first-rate pho in a tiny mountain town? Pro tip: Look out for specials nights; they serve some of the best steaks in Revelstoke

The vermicelli was not good. It had no flavor and was under cooked. Our friend had the Pho and said it was excellent. Sadly the Papaya Salad was also lacking any flavor.

I expected a more flavourful pho broth but you could tell the ingredients used were of higher quality than typically found in pho. Delicious regardless, as well as the spring rolls and beef in betel leaf wrap appies. Excellent decor and location.

Food was bland and lacked any flavor. Friend had the Pho and said it was great.
