Exceptional service, great food. Just a bit on the pricey side, but well worth it. Plan on returning to try other things on their menu. Their Lobster dish with green onions, garlic on top of vermicelli noodles, must try. The vermicelli soaked up the flavor of Lobster, very light and not greasy at all.

Since this place renovated, it becomes high end. The price skyrocketed and I believe many were caught off guard (those who used to come here). Although the food quality has been upgraded and service has been adequate, it becomes expensive just for dim sum. I will definitely not coming back because there are more budget or higher end options out there.

The restaurant is newly renovated, looking high end. Price is very expensive. $8 min. charge for tea. Very few options for choices of dimsum. Dimsum looks fancy but the portion is very small considering its charge. Service is not worth what you pay for.

Came here on a Sunday night for my mother in law's birthday dinner and was pleasantly surprised. Couple of highlights from what we had: Pork shank and chicken feet soup - A Cantonese classic done quite well. Flavor was just right but could have used a little more meat in the soup. Deep fried lobster with wide egg noodles - A little bit too oily but flavors were good and the lobster serving was generous. Never had these kind of noodles with lobster but it turned out really nice and absorbed the sauce well. Stir fried beef cubes with mushroom - Rubbery meat and just overly salty. Skip this. Scrambled eggs with shrimp - Well done with rich "wok hei" (wok fragrance?). Good portion size and fantastic with a bowl of white rice. Fried rice with seafood sauce - We were really full at this point but it was a great ending to the meal. Comforting, filling and really hit the spot. Service was a little slow but there was a wedding party at the same time. Parking is tough during the day but fine at night. Overall, a good choice for this kind of food and with a very reasonable price tag.

Now the restaurant is more high end, which means more expensive. Tea alone is $6. They would not accept credit card when the total is under $50 (thankfully we had enough cash). Also they do not have that durian mochi anymore T_T. The overall experience was not that great. No need to come here often now.
