The service was very friendly and quick. The Legendary burger was terrific. And the "bottomless" fries were delicious and plentiful. Nothing fancy, very simple, but they totally nailed it.

In over a decade of living in Victoria, this was the worst dining experience I’ve ever experienced in the city. No host. Host shows up and takes a call, makes us wait. Waitress came by once. There water and garbage under the table. It took 40 + minutes to receive cold food. Then it took asking three staff and one manager to get the situation addressed. No mother should wait over an hour to eat on Mother’s Day. I will never ever eat at Whitespot in the city again. They were disrespectful and showed no urgency to make the situation better.

It was very busy as there was a hockey game that night. The hostess was super friendly and calm despite the business. Once sat the experience went down hill. The server was friendly but was not efficient with her service and most of her coming to our table was is calling her over. I ordered a BC Burger combo it came out hot and the burger was juicy, the serving of fries was very small which could be fine since they're bottonless but we could get the server attention again to order more so we just ate what we got. Definitely would have benefited from having more staff on.

Always good as per usual. Good seafood options and classic high quality dishes at all locations. Staff could go above and beyond to get that big 5star :p
