My cat was recently run over, and I brought her in to be cremated. The initial lady I dealt with when dropping her off was very sympathetic. When I had called back regarding urns to purchase, the lady was quite rude on the phone and just said it had to be purchased when dropping off the animal for cremation. Fair enough. Today I go back in to pick up my cat, and she made me feel bad because they couldn't decipher my last name. I apologized for the inconvenience, but still got no sympathy. When working with the public, especially after someone loses a pet the least you could do is offer up some sort of sympathy. Also, this is the 3rd time I've unfortunately had to bring a pet in for cremation and this is the first time I've ever been made to feel this way. Just wanted to clarify that this was one specific person, not the entire staff.
