The best part of this restaurant is no doubt the ambiance and decor. The dining room is underground and the low archways that make up the structure and dim lighting make it a great place for an intimate dinner. The food is tasty, but decidedly nothing special or beyond what I can get at any of the many Lebanese take-out places around town at a much lower price. The service was friendly and attentive, although sometimes kind of awkward and seemingly inexperienced. Nuba Gastown gets four stars because of the great ambiance and the fun experience of the sharing/tasting menu, but could use some more interesting menu items and more professional staff to get up to five.

Good quality food. Service was good. Place is pretty busy and there’s often a line up. Really nice restaurant setting and in a Heritage Building. The food was tasty and there are some pretty healthy options. Only thing is the food can be pretty pricey for what it is. But it’s definitely worth trying out if you haven’t been.

Very good, if somewhat pricey, Middle Eastern food. The ambience is great and the staff is always friendly. I would recommend lunch here over dinner as the dishes are very similar, but the prices are more reasonable. If it's very busy, ask for a seat in the lounge area for a more peaceful and comfortable experience.

Nuba, and their amazing staff gave my wife and I a perfect venue for our wedding in May. Konstantin and Ghazal were stellar in helping craft a night our guests are still talking about. Their food is exceptional, the atmosphere is cozy and inviting, and the staff is always top tier. They're well worth a visit!

Very cool location. Lots of seating, really friendly staff and great service. Ordered the falafel lunch plate and was delighted. Portion sizes aren't big but prices aren't necessarily outrageous. The plates were quite stunning, very vibrant. Lots of sides, hummus, salad, rice, potatoes etc.. will definitely be back to try More.
