Overcharged for two uncle burgers ordered which somehow became the Swiss mushroom .....not only that but due to the fact that they took too long to make the order, my other half , who'd ridden his bike down to get them in the first place had his bike stolen as well (it was sitting outside the mall where the venue was). Because they took too long. So due to a total screw up on their part which can NOT be rectified I'd recommend that people avoid this part of the venue. The customer service also left a LOT to be desired and the phone number is never answered when called. Definitely avoid!!!

My favourite fast food burger place. There's always a coupon advertising campaign, so most times I never pay the price on the menu board.

Waiting 45min for our food was ridiculous. Others were served before us. Get our food and my poutine was soup. Worst one I've been to yet. I wouldn't even rate it one star.

They have no sense of urgency or excitement for their customers. If your food is taking a long time (and trust me, it will - even if it's not busy) they don't let you know why or re-assure you that it'll just be another few minutes. You just stand around wondering if it got forgotten or erased. When your food does come out, they don't make any effort to apologize for the wait or to thank you. It's just cold and not worth it.
