The place is usually packed during the weekdays when I go for coffee around 10am and the place is clean. But this visit was on a Saturday and the place was almost empty and a mess and when I mentioned it to the young girl behind the counter she just shrugged her shoulder. I couldn't get her name. I didn't see a name tag. The young middle eastern man behind the other till had a really strong body odor. It made me step back. That also wasn't addressed. I go there at least 4 times a week and usually fill out the survey's praising the workers. This is the first time I was so disappointed.

The only real problem with this location is the public that have no respect in life. Namely the less fortunate. Interesting that we have all these agencies receiving tax dollars that can't find the effort to teach these individuals that a little respect goes a lo g way. Just a few moments ago an individual walks from My Place and comes in and grabs a hand full of napkins then walks out and dumps them all over the parking lot. The other day an individual walks in and goes to the garbage can and grabs a used plastic cup and then fills it up with a soft drink. This is why this location gers bad reviews. It has nothing to do with service, staff or management, it's the pigs that are expressing their thanks to a community that spends millions trying to help them.

The staff are rude, you have so many people on and no one doing their jobs efficiently. Aweful customer service at this McDonalds You only get one star because I can't give you zero or even a minus rating.

Only Managment is required to have food safe training. Management clearly is not supervising the staff and ensuring food safe standards are withheld. Frequently staff handles cash, Then without washes hands prepare coffee by touching handling the inside of the cup. This also means that staff preparing the food that are not management are also not traineď in food safe standards. Visited McDonald's again on December 21st 2017 once again the staff was grabbing cops after handling cash from the inside of the cups. Also found a nice big long hair in my French fries clearly people aren't wearing hair nets. Visit this McDonald's if you want to get violently sick.
