I am very impressed with the new management. They are working hard to build a better interaction and customer experience for all. They made a mistake for me but when above and beyond my expectations to make it right. Very happy with how they have been growing and developing a proper group of staff

Came here for a coffee in the morning. It was freezing cold in the restaurant. My daughter played in The Play Place, and I sat at a table where there was freezing cold air blowing down on me. I don't understand why the air conditioning was cranked so high. It wasn't even hot outside. Coffee was excellent, as usual.

My order was promptly taken and filled correctly. I was looking for a place to have a quick snack and the food was fresh and the restaurant was clean. I would go there again.

While the orders can take a little bit long - they have been consistent in getting it right and have a quick to respond staff and generally good customer service. Has a play place and all the modern amenities of a McDonald’s. In general it is a top 3 choice for fast food in the area.

I've only been here twice. I didn't want to come back a second time but we wanted a coffee. So my first visit sucked, they didn't have anything cold to drink in the morning. Plus my breakfast wrap had half a piece of bacon in it. My wrap just fell apart with eggs. Like where's the bacon or hashbrown? The second time they messed up my coffee order. I must have told her my order 10 times loud enough for her to hear and she still got it wrong. Plus she raised her voice at me like what kind of service are these people running. We didn't even notice our coffee was messed up till we got home. Really disappointed!!! We will never go here again. The shittiest costumer service I've ever gotten in my life. Don't recommend this place. Go to another McDonald's.
