This place has really gone downhill. Feels like a rip off now. Calamari dish was really pathetic, it contained literally seven pieces of flavour less and rubbery calamari and a humongous pile of fried onions and carrots. I didn't pay $10 for some soggy fried vegetables. I used to really like this place. I'll be moving on to a new Thai place going forward. It's really evident that the owners don't care about the food they put out anymore.

Thida’s Thai is arguably among the best Thai food in Winnipeg. It is a casual place with simple decor and authentic food. The menu has a lot of variety and features many authentic Thai dishes including soups, salads, curries, rice and noodle dishes and more. I love their Pad Thai and Red Curry with Tofu, along with the vegetarian deep fried spring rolls. The food always tastes flavourful and delicious! You can choose your level of spiciness from 1-10. I usually choose a 2 and it is very mild. The prices are cheap and fantastic. The service is fast and friendly even when the restaurant is packed and busy, as it usually is. The appearance of the restaurant is nothing fancy and it is very simple, but don’t let that deter you from eating here. It’s a classic “hole in the wall” place which often have amazing food! Thida’s Thai is amazing and is one of my favourite Thai restaurants in Winnipeg.

I love Thai food and this place is a very good place to get it. Some of the best Thai food in the city, hard to find anything better. Owner is such a sweet old lady, service is good. Pick up ordering works good too. If you want your food to be spicy (i like very spicy) then be sure to emphasize it.

Been here a couple of times. They do a great job. Lunch crowd mostly. Food good. Fast and efficient. Clean.
