Last week I made an order for pickup using the website. 25mins later I arrive to pick it up only to find that had no order for me. I waited as they made it... (The 5 dollar pizza specials are worth about that..👎) This week I made another online order and after not getting an email confirmation for about 5 mins I called the contact number... (Which isn't local) and asked if they had the order, .. and they did not.. I told them to forget it and ordered somewhere else. An hour later I get an email confirmation for my order! I had to call again and get out through to a "customer service rep" to get them not to make the stupid pizzas. Pretty Mickey mouse operation....

The woman that has been working nights has been horrible. She doesn't know what the toppings are called 'fresh mushroom' is something anybody should know who works in a pizza place like that. I go there a lot and now when i see she's there alone i try not to go. Other than her, I love the pizza and the rest of the staff are great!

The first time we ordered. Had to phone in the order did that. Went to this location 295 Main St. And they said they never got the order it was very frustrating so we did not get the pizza went somewhere else. So today we tried it again. We waited for more than 10 minutes. waiting for our pizza. We knew were the Pizza was done. because it was sitting on top of the oven. And finally someone came and ask if they can Help us. Finally got our Pizza. the girl did not open the box to check. if it’s our pizza she just went there and grabbed it. and I paid for it. And the people ahead of me were already frustrated because they were waiting for a long time. And there’s one lady she didn’t know who’s Pizza it was very unprofessional. She told the poor man she’s going to make another one. And our pizza was very salty. Well I try it again I’m not too sure.
