The service is ok. The restaurant is clean. There is a big menu with lots to choose from. It feels like they do a lot of different dishes medium well, instead of having a smaller menu with items they do really well. Still, a good place to take the family for a dinner. Not too expensive either.

Came in, got seated, and then the service stopped. We sat for 25 min with not one person coming to the table (even though many servers walked past us and helped tables around us) and thought we would give them another 5 min before leaving. The 30 minute mark hit and we walked out. Best part, the people at the door didnt even say bye as we were leaving. It was actually like we were invisible.

Been there twice now. The first time I went was on the opening night and we were a little late. Dinner was sub-par. However, I did just go back and this time, I beat the rush. A much better experience! The food was great, got a free chicken leg and endless fries

Very overpriced food and poor service. Hamburgers were frozen patties that didn't even look like beef. The roast beef dinner was thin dry slices and served with no gravy, dinner roll hard as a rock, baked potato was good.. Our cups went dry, waitress never came back to check on us or even ask if we needed anything or how the food was. I've never spent $200 on a dinner for a family of 6 and not one person thanked me for the meal, bad sign! Other bad sign we shouldn't have ignored was that the restaurant was almost empty when others were packed with 1 hour wait times. Don't waste your money here!

Ran out of beef (really? Isn't that part of your business) without being told by server. Few dairy free options.
