The absolute best place in Winnipeg to get a roti! I've tried just about every other place in the city and none can compare to Famenas! The owners are always welcoming and friendly and the food is to die for.

The food was off the hook amazing. The customer service was heart warming. This is true Guyanese Roti, the best out there. It may not be fine dinning and no it doesn't look like the Keg, but all the quality is in the 5 star food made fresh. This is a must try, you won't regret it. Try out the homemade hot sauce...but not too much!

Really great Caribbean. I thougnt the Oxtail was too sweet, but that's just the style they cook it. Still incredible quality.

Absolute hole in the wall but for sure a hidden gem. Curry goat roti is my absolute favourite and their hot sauce is amazing! A little drop goes a long way, you have been warned. Owners are a couple and they are unbelievably sweet and make an effort to really engage with you to make you feel at home. Raj is one funny fella and Famena is a sweetheart - makes enjoying their food that much more amazing! Also, portions are huge, I always have leftovers.

The Owner Ali is an amazing person. Best Roti I’ve had (Lamb is Halal)
