Good food. Little slow but other than that it was great

Staff are visibly irritable, need reminders of any customisation to order or condiment requests and service is slow. The food is ok, not the freshest. Service Times 2017/11/07 - 28m00s - 1/5 Stars (Dine In)

Pretty sad that it took 2 trips and 30 minutes to get two meals. No offer to compensate me for my time or the fact that I had to make a return trip to get the item they didn't bother to give me on my first trip which I paid for. And maybe I could forgive that mistake if the food itself wasn't undercooked. The fries were like stale cardboard. I came to KFC with low expectations and still managed to leave dissapointed. This location is pathetic.

The thighs were the size of chicken nuggets.

HONESTLEY I've never had such bad customer service in my life. I don't normally write reviews but today we sat in the drive through for 27 minutes while EMILY S made us 4 tacos and a fries supreme. This is the most incompetent employee I've ever dealt with. We were polite as we figured she was by herself. We asked her what took so long and she proceeded to aggressively tell us that she was with a person who didn't know what they were doing and that she's not a fast worker, which was definitely true as she was standing around for half of that time period. We wanted to add to our order but she slammed the window in our faces and walked away. She was the rudest employee that my friend and I had ever encountered. The lack of customer service was shocking. The level of disrespect was ridiculous and she should absolutely never work in this type of establishment or provide customer service to anyone. We will never be back to that location.
