I came in to this restaurant yesterday (Sunday, November 26th) at 8 pm on the dot. The hours listed online and on the actual restaurant's front door say the restaurant is open until 9 pm... meaning I had a full hour before this restaurant was supposed to be closed. The lights are all on and the door is unlocked, so I walk in with my girlfriend. There is a younger male mopping the floors who does not acknowledge us even though he sees us walk in. That was fine because I too was once a teenager/young 20 something and worked in restaurants. I get it. However he then abandons his mopping to hide in the back where the food is prepared (we can see him through the window though...) We stand in front of the counter looking over the fully lit up menu, taking our time to decide what we're going to order, as nobody is coming to the counter to take our order. I figured they were trying to get a jump on cleaning so they could close as early as possible, but still... closing time is 9, right? Eventually another guy comes out from behind on the left side where they make ice cream, sees us and says to the first guy who was mopping "hey there are customers up front". To which the mopping guy says "I know" but still does nothing. Then a young female comes up to the front counter and I ask "are you guys closing?" (mind you, I've already looked up the hours online, saw the hours posted on the door, and did not have to break into the front door as it was unlocked). She replies "yeah we close at 8" but you can see on her face that she knows that's not true. I'm not sure if these kids had a party to go to after work or just didn't want to be there. But I'm assuming their boss is hiring them for the ultimate purpose of making money for the restaurant, which I was more than willing to be a part of. However, after waiting for 5 minutes in front of the counter for someone to acknowledge me, and then be blatantly lied to, I have no intentions of coming back here. I went straight to McDonald's after this experience and was greeted by the most pleasant, welcoming, and appreciative man. What a difference in how the customer was treated! Edit: In response to your response... The hours on the front door were NOT updated to the “winter hours”. I can assure you it still said 9 pm and there wasn’t even a handmade paper sign with the new hours. The door was unlocked, closed businesses lock their doors. I was not waiting for only 2 minutes. I left at 8:05, not arrived. I get for the sake of these online reviews you feel compelled to offer an alternative version, but it is simply not true. Sad that the manager that saw me and instead of acknowledging me and informing me you were closed he tells his worker to do so. “Lead by example” explains why his workers felt they could ignore us too!

Poor service, long wait times. The staff has repeatedly made errors with orders. The food is ok (depending on what you order), but the prices are outrageous. We recently ordered 2 shakes and 2 orders of just chicken fingers (no fries or anything) with it, and the total was $21 and change.

Homey little burger and ice cream bar, dressed in 50-60s retro.

Nice place for a quick meal or snack. Sad that they dropped the 3 piece chicken dinner.

Cute burger place, the vibrant, colorful exterior caught our eye quickly and we just had to check it out. We ordered burgers, onion rings, and a fish sandwich. Everything tasted great. The service was slow and the parking is a bit of a mystery with no spaces defined in the parking lot. A good place for a quick bite with family or friends.
