This place is a joke. I would fire everyone in there. Thirty one minutes from order to giving me the bags. It was 730pm ..and it wasnt even busy. No apology from the management..nothing. Missing nuggets in the happy meal and had to go back for straws as their dispenser was busted. I would be embarrassed if I owned this place. Their management is about as motivated as a fence post.

I'm usually content with this place and I had my score as a five star. But today, April 15, 2018 from 2pm to 3pm, the dirtiness was too much to handle. There was no attempt to restock the missing napkins or condiments, sweep or clean garbage off the floor, or change the garbage bags/take away trays. A customer dropped her ice cream on the floor by the counter. A crew member came out around 10 minutes later to mop it up which was fine. Unfortunately, the member also walked around the garbage on the floor, looked at the overflowing garbage and trays at the collection area and walked right on by. Worst experience yet here.

7 people working the drive thru and 1 poor girl working the cash. The supervisor/manager took 6 orders on cash the took off without helping the lone cashier make orders. Took 15 minutes to make 2 coffees. The supervisor told the woman behind me that the ice cream machine was broken. 2 minutes later an employee leaving made herself a cone.. 5 flurries were made for the drive thru also. What's the point in having a restaurant if all the attention and resources are focused on drive thru? I was the only person in there at the beginning of my order and the 5 following me still weren't made in the 15 minutes it took for my coffee.

Delicious fast food to be had here! But then again, it is McDonald's, so that usually is to be expected. Unlike the McDonald's located near the trans-canada highway, this restaurant is a dedicated McDonald's joint, so store managers had more time to invest in improving the building over the years. With that being said, the quality of the service found here is much better than the other McDonald's in Oromocto. You'll get your food served faster here, and the burgers are not thrown together. There is also a self-serve kiosk which seems to be a new thing with a lot of McDonald's restaurants these days. You place your order without actually speaking with anybody. It's nice to have because you get to see a visual representation of your order, so there's less human error and miscommunication when speaking with someone. Overall, this restaurant is highly recommended!

Someone should probably sweep the floor and wipe the tables. Super dirty and gross. But the staff are kind and efficient.
