Staff was great. Friendly. Kind. Food was horrible I think Dr. Ballard was the cook. I was stationed in Germany and the food was amazing. This was the total opposite of that. The seating was very uncomfortable. The whole experience was very disappointing.

LOVE this place. We love the country drive and the friendly staff. The food is amazing as well. The only thing is that it's CASH ONLY. However, they accept etransfers.

Friendly staff; only cash and very very very pricey; if you like Bavarian/German food you might like this; I did not nor my husband and friends. I will mention my friends and myself have eaten Bavarian/German before but this takes the cake!! The meatloaf was made like processed meat (pressed) no taste; potato salad was cold cooked potatoes that must have been sitting in the fridge for sometime and then mashed to make the salad (they were grey colour as if the coldroom/root cellar had been too cold) then mixed up with mustard or whatever; sauerkraut was tasteless; the schnitzel was too thin, deep fried and dry; the potato soup looked like green pea soup; the only thing good was the bread basket. As you can tell I will certainly not be back. Harrison Hot Springs Schnitzel Parlour would put this place to shame!

Miles from the coast, and it was the best fish I've had in ages. Seriously! Everything we ordered was delicious, and the atmosphere cozy. Please note, CASH ONLY. We didn't know.
