Pleasent time. Friendly and fast, but my Big Mac was cold.

Gather 'round and let me to tell you a tragic story about a once great fast-food place in Gander. Years ago, I would have given my left leg in a bet if someone told me that they could take me to a McDonald's with better service or food than the this one. Today, if I made that bet, I would be one leg short of a happy meal. Drive Thru: Honestly, service in the drive thru is horrendous. They keep cutting you off as you try to speak. I actually worked in this business for years, so I have seen a lot of drive thru workers. Every time I think they've hit rock bottom, they surprise me again. I will say that the wait time is pretty good, but that doesn't matter because you are going to bring it back anyways. Dine-in: Pretty chaotic, but they get the job done. I would suggest using this form of service instead. At least you can check your bag right away to make sure your food is made right without having to hold up a line of cars. Food Accuracy: The last six times I have ate there they have made my food wrong. I actually decided to stop going there because of this. To make matters worst, my orders aren't complicated; for example, two sausage mcmuffins with chicken sauce and no eggs (spoiler alert, they always come without the sauce and with the eggs even if there is a tag with what i wanted stuck to the package. However, there isn't a lot of choice in Gander, so.... I will probably be back and filled with regrets soon enough. Verdict: Avoid this place until they retrain their staff. The only McDonald's worst than this one is the one on Stavanger Drive in St. John's.

No matter how many times I order a cheeseburger, they always mess it up... Lines are so long and can take up to 30 minutes just to get a couple things, we asked for just cheese and pickles and they give us a full out burger with ketchup, pickles, etc. Then the pop machine was broken so we had to get the manager to fix it. Please, fix your problems and don't let them keep going.
