There were many issues with our meal. We only received half of our order of oysters in the half shell because our server said they were gone bad and the chef would not give us oysters that were off...well half of what we did receive were gone bad also. The Bacalao (salt fish) I ordered was inedible due to the salt. The waiter graciously offered to replace it with the salmon. That was inedible also because of the salt and I can usually tolerate high salt levels. There were many unopened mussels in the bowl we ordered. Many of the mussels that were open were really really small..comically so. Not sure how they are receiving all the good reviews. I am shocked at what was served me this evening.

Wonderful Newfoundland dishes, exquisitely prepared and presented, using locally-sourced meat, fish and game. Interesting and delicious cocktails! Renovated from an older home with a collection of cozy smaller dining rooms, adorned with beautiful artwork by amazing Newfoundland artists. A wonderful way to spend an evening with friends!

I came for lunch on a Friday. Our server was friendly, attentive and just lovely. Our food came quickly, and it was absolutely delicious. The portion size was just right for lunch. Overall a great experience, I'll definitely be back again in the future.

Went with a large group. Staff didn't seem prepared to handle 18 people. Food to close to an hour to arrive. Portions were small, price wasn't! Dishes arrived with no plate appeal. Just meals no garnishing and folks that got meals first were done eating by time last plate arrived. Complaints of over salted was common. Establishment could use some decor and decorations that consist of more that painting hung on wall with for sale stickers along side... Overall not pleased with lunch menu choices. Though supposed to be inspired by worldly dishes it seems to be more Mediterranean sprinkled with local options. Expected better.
