Quality of service has gone down since they introduced the self serve kiosks and the ridiculous single double single drive thru.

Always mcwonderful. Cute manager named melissa. I think I'll ask her out on a date

I frequently go to this McDonald's and it's easily the worst experience I've ever had at one. The drive-thru is slow and they make you pull ahead and wait in a parking spot even if there's no cars behind you. I don't get the point of a drive-thru if I have to wait in the parking lot for longer than it takes for me to go inside and order it myself. Orders are rarely correct, with items often missing. They've made me pay more for the wrong order before and told me they undercharged me when I checked my bank statement later to see an overcharge of $4. I have a cheese allergy and have received it on my burger multiple times (after specifying the anaphylactic allergy). I'm not sure if the employees just don't care or if they are undertrained. Don't even get me started on the rank lettuce that they use. It's weirdly brown compared to other McDonald's locations more often than not. Definitely recommend hitting up A&W or driving to New Glasgow's McDonald's location.

My all-time favorite for fast food. The best coffee is served and good food choices. Service is also very good.

Been eating at McDonalds sense I was a kid. I have a blue seal in food. and Ive visited numerous locations in all areas of the world. The reason behind my 1 star, Ive placed multiple orders here and have on multiple occasions they have misplaced an item such as full salads (which arn't the cheapest on the menu). Don't bother to ask for McChicken Sauce , it comes in a corner of a cup and the size ratio is 90% cup to 10% Sauce. Waste of a cup. Fries are constantly inconsistent from barely any salt to, too much salt. Never going to refrain from Mcdonalds. But if this keeps up here, i'll put a complaint in where it really matters. Not to just the acting Manager and branch
