I've only been here for brunch, and even then it's only been 4 times, but I think it's important to mention that I'm from the other side of the country so it takes me a while go get here. It's worth it though. If you're coming for Sunday brunch you should call ahead and make a reservation. Pro tip, the braised brisket hash is sensational, and the coffee is delicious. Whenever I've been by the service was great, and the restaurant is lovely! Come hungry

Superb and different food selection! I had the haddock stew & a personal pan pizza (staff fav). Both were delicious. Dessert was carrot beet cake! A lovely twist on a traditional dessert. So pretty & with a side of frozen yogurt that tasted like cream cheese icing. Yum!

Rhubarb is one of our favourite places to dine! We bring all of our out-of-town guests here; and we make sure we are here throughout the year. I have never had a bad meal here - whether lunch, dinner, or brunch. Sitting on the back deck on a spring Sunday with a blanket across your knees looking at the ocean...nothing beats that! Diane and Mike and their staff are representative of quintessential customer care. Eat here! Come for the live music when it's on. And don't miss the seafood chowder!!

If you are visiting Peggys Cove I suggest the little 7-8 minutes ride to this wonderful restaurant. The menu is mostly sea food and rich flavored pizzas. Their cocktails are really tasty as well. The prices are moderate. Keep in mind that they dont serve lobster here, however their sea food chowder is one of the best I ate, with large portions even for a small bowl. Skip the over crowded restaurant near the lighthouse and come eat here, you will not regret it.

Excellent food and service. The deck is amazing during the summer months. They do an awesome job of having great musical guests and special occasion menus. Definitely one of my favourites and a not to miss if you're visiting.
