A nice family environment. Good food. Story? Story. One time the power went out there, and instead of turning on flashlights, everyone was given a beautiful candle. Made the food and place a lot better. Recommend for power outages! However, one time my food was uncooked, so i sent it back and got another uncooked one. It was fixed after.

I've been to Tom's several times and the service and food have been excellent. This visit was the first time I had taken my daughter and granddaughter and it was a disappointing experience. The server was extremely rude and not at all helpful, particularly with respect to assisting with a meal for my 19 month old granddaughter. We ended up having to order a child's meal AND a juice at full price. The total cost was in excess of $12 for a 19 month old child's lunch which seems a bit excessive for this type of restaurant. While the brunch was reasonable for $14.99 it did not include coffee which was an additional $2.99. It is also disappointing that Tom's has taken their "Specials' off the menu. I will probably return, however, would not bring a young child.

We went here as it appeared to be the top spot in Sackville and we had 2 hours to kill. While we were seated quickly, service itself was slow. It wasn't terribly busy, so I'm unsure if that's normal or they were understaffed. When the food did arrive, it was hot. But the turkey and the ribs were dry (saved by the gravy and rib sauce respectively) which was disappointing after waiting so long. Sides were good though, and the overall price was also good

Good service. Good food. Portions could have been bigger. The desserts looked awesome but I didn't try them.

Tom’s keeps getting better! I had the breakfast buffet today for the first time in years and am so impressed with the selection. The omelet station and the gentleman running it are fantastic! The buttermilk chicken sandwich is also an excellent choice. Tina is the BEST around and always a pleasure.
