Been stopping here for burgers for almost five years now. Plenty of great regular burgers, with new ideas coming as the Burger of the Month. The first time I tried blue cheese or guacamole was on a Hub Grub burger, because I knew the Burger was good enough to make it work. They have lots of love for the local community. Even the recent location switch kept them in the area to keep the loyal foot traffic like myself coming whenever it's on our mind.

Really excellent burgers that are well worth the wait. Everything came tasty and warm. Another example of the new face of Truro. Great local business that I'll be happy to visit again!👌🍔

Used to be a decent burger since the new move I've been in 3 times all 3 times I've been disappointed. 1st time was so busy was told there would be an hour wait... they were busy I get that I stayed and waited anyhow. Well I sat by the cash and watched the cooks run around no one is in control and the owner just kept apologizing to ppl and putting up the orders. We waited 90 mins for a dry overcooked burger that had no flavour and no seasoning. Second time in I got the same dry overcooked and unseasoned piece of meat they call a hamburger pattie and a poutine where the gravy wasn't hot enough to melt my cheese curds. Not to mention the same clueless staff members cooking one order at time making waits horrible when it wasn't even busy. Well 3rd and last time was last Friday when again I got the same tasteless shoeleather of a hamburger pattie same same clueless staff working waited 25 mins for a burger and I was the only one in the restaurant at 12:30pm on a Friday owner was no where in sight. A few ppl came in after us but really expected the place to be pumping at 12;30pm on Friday. As we left and checked other spots close by all very busy with customers. It's not hard to tell the higher prices and poor food quality and slow service have really let this place go down hill... Used to love the place now it's just blah At best!

I asked for heat and my tastebuds were pleased. The flamethrower burger was a delight of flavour and heat. It was not out to make a name of "burn your face off", however, it was by no means tame! Prompt and friendly service with local good ingredients as well.
