Prompt, efficient service. Great food. Fair prices. Nice outdoor and indoor seating. If we had been sitting inside, I would have appreciated that the talking noise isn't so loud that you can't hear people at your own table as is often the case at brewery restaurants. Being an IPA beer lover, I would have appreciated some tap offerings in that department. Note from 8 months later: my wife can't believe I didn't include in the original review how good their blueberry ketchup is. Evidently good enough that she still remembers!

Awesome food, a great list of beers on tap and good service. What more could you ask for in a bar/restaurant? You HAVE to try the bacon gouda dip with pretzel bread, it is out of this world! Also you can get a flight of beers to try out some of the different kinds, which is awesome since there are a lot to try. When we went there was a live music event happening put on by the owner but we were still able to get in and eat without paying any cover charge for the concert. Coming from Halifax it is almost worth the drive just to get that bacon gouda dip again!!!

I live in Dartmouth, visit my 89 year old mom in Truro, have taken her here 3 times now. The food is great, reasonable prices, great service. Easy access for my mom as she uses a walker.

I've been here several times because it is listed in the Taste of Nova Scotia Seafood Trail book and I've been making the rounds. The fish tacos here are delicious. I also had the chowder which was wonderful. If you are looking for a quiet place though, this is not it. They frequently have musical guests, and the atmosphere is of fun and liveliness.

They have no consideration for the people that have to live near them. They put on block parties and the music is so loud you can't even watch TV in a home you pay for. Whenever they are having one I have to send my granddaughter away so she can sleep. I have asked on different occasions if they could just turn the volume down they Answered no it's legal. They should understand people and children live here too.
