Great service and fabulous food! We started with delicious crispy potato pancakes with apple sauce. The schnitzel was spectacular - pork schnitzel in a paprika sauce was smoky with a bit of spice. Best sauce I have tasted. The tofu schnitzel with banana peppers was bursting with flavour. We also enjoyed the sauerkraut - dry with wonderful bacon and caraway flavouring. We all took half of our schnitzel home for tomorrow lunch large portions. We are just sorry that this was our first visit to Amadeus- discovered it visiting our daughter in her third year at Queen’s. We will make it our first choice when we move our daughter back in September.

A beautiful and lively place. I ordered a small chicken schnitzel and it was beyond delicious and plenty of food for one person - I took home leftovers. The location is convenient, right in downtown Kingston. The prices are very reasonable, especially for the amount of food you get. I would definitely recommend to anyone who likes delicious German food, so basically everyone!

This is by far my favourite restaurant in Kingston. Their vegan and vegetarian options are fantastic, and the staff takes the time to make sure you don't accidentally order a meat sauce! Their patio in the summer is very cute and quiet (not directly located on princess street)!

This is my favorite schnitzel place in town. Food is absolutely amazing and great value for money. Both interior and exterior seating. Great service!

Interesting sausage, good schnitzel. I really enjoyed the cabbage and potato based soup and side dish. There is a nice, quiet, well shaded beer garden in the back.
