Wonderful night. I find when there's bad weather nobody goes out. And this was the case when i went last night. There was nobody in the place and we had our servers full attention. He was very nice(didnt catch his name but he has a lot of tattoos). I've had him as a server in the past and he is wonderful every single time. He even informed us of specials going on. The food was very fresh and good. I would definitely go back. Even on a busy night.

This was a rather busy location with customers lined up to the door but they sat us rather quickly. We had a group of 6 so were sent to the secondary dining room which was great as it sped things up. There were a few tables we could have been sat at but they put us at one that had a big spill on the floor under the table. Everything else was fine service wise and food wise... just wish we weren't sitting in a mess.

First time at a stand alone and it was really nice. The chicken was perfect. Juicy tender and not too salty. Of course their signature gravy is the best. I like it for a good low carb meal. I didn't eat the roll. I know a little black squirrel who'll love it.

First time was the last time. This place and the food there is ridiculous. The staff don’t know about a reservation we made (6 peoples) neither know about the drink menu. The place is dirty all over (tables, chairs, floor). The chicken was a tiny piece and super dry. The wing of it only crispy skin as the whole meat was super overcooked. The ribs only fat and tasted after mustard. The mashed potatoes super artificial (I specially asked if homemade). So was the famous sauce too. Waste of money and time. Never ever Swiss Chalet again. Don’t believe their advert.

Always a go to dinner location. Never have to wait and the food is always the same. Eich they would bring back the caramel bread pudding desert though.
