Overall not bad but just a few things. We went during appy hour and note that the portion size is different then paying full price. We ordered the dill brine chicken and a dip. The chicken was moist but the blue cheese dipping sauce lacked blue cheese and garlic flavour. The dip itself had great flavour. For our mains we ordered a veggie burger and cauliflower steak. The veggie burger was alright nothing to rave about and the cauliflower was unique but the twigs of rosemary were not palatable. Great service but I think we were the only ones there. Also they had a party coming in later so we were unable to be seated upstairs with the view. Washrooms are not accessible as you have to go down 15 steps.

Service: Was great, but food was slow to come. On a slow Sunday afternoon, it still took 30 minutes for a burger and fries? Food: Greasy fries. Charred burgers. Old and tasteless salads. Atmosphere: Old table and chairs. Can really feel the cold from the windows. Pricing: Way TOO Expensive for the type of food served.

Good fresh food. Great eggs Benedict choices. For the most part fresh local ingredients. The service was good as well. Nice Sunday lunch with the family.

So let me start out with the big one. We made reservation, seated instantly. We ordered the trout and beef dip. Happened to wait awhile our server than noticed we didn’t have our food. Came and apologized our order got lost. Now here is the kicker! You could tell he cared, not only did we get some of our bill reduced we didn’t pay a cent for our food. Not once did I say I wanted the bill reduced or wanted free food. This was all the resteraunt. I found this amazing most would give 10% or free drinks. Now secondly the beef dip was easily the best I’ve ever eaten. Wife loved the maple glazed trout! I will easily go back service was on point and food was amazing. The twenty min extra wait didn’t bother me one bit. I would have gladly paid for meal after how tasty it was messed up order or not.

It wasn't bad. Service was good. Disappointing food. It feels like that can't quite get a theme. Wants to be fine dining but also trying to be down home country cooking. Putting a salad in a mason jar doesn't work. Went in the winter and anywhere near a window was so cold. Even the servers were complaining.
