Don’t judge a book by its cover or in this case a restaurant by the outside. This place is a gem! Would return and already did! The outside appearance is an old yellow house but the inside is fully renovated and very nice and clean! Food is exceptional! Love the fact they use local beef and beer! Beef is no hormones and steroids, etc. Calamari was absolutely delicious! The Cesar salad dressing is homemade and definitely something I recommend! Great uptown restaurant; glad it didn’t close because of the LRT construction.

Headed to Marbles with a large group last week. Service was amazing, the food was quick and tasty. Definitely recommend for a good bite to eat and great choice for a variety of palates. Thanks for the great night!

Great atmosphere and food was really good (steak frites). The portions were great for lunch size. Service was really slow. There were only two waiters working the whole restaurant during lunch rush.

Really nice old space in uptown Waterloo that has been refreshed. Delicious food. Nice selection of local craft brews. Excellent knowledgeable service.
